Venue Hire: With wedding, 21st, Christening and other functions, OPAH charges a set price to hire the venue.

Hiring of venue includes service, choice of menu (see function menus) and beverages, up to the set amount above. However if bill exceeds the set amount, the difference is charged accordingly on the day of the event. Lunch-time functions cannot accommodate extra time. Dinner Functions $350 extra per hour. No BYO permitted.

Function Terms and Conditions. Function time limit is 5 hours—15 minute courtesy is extended to all patrons. After 15 minutes a fee of $350 is charged and each subsequent hour is charges at $350. No confetti or rice to be thrown. Delivery & Collection of Goods. OPAH will only accept delivery of goods on the day of the event, and all goods must be collected at the end of your function. All delivery arrangements must be organised directly with Gary Macris. However no responsibility will be taken for uncollected goods. Bar. The bar closes half an hour prior to the end of the function. At OPAH, we have duty of care to refuse the supply of alcohol to anyone intoxicated. Tentative Bookings. Will be held for a period of 7 days, after this time the booking will elapse. Confirmations. All bookings must be confirmed in writing, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the terms and conditions are signed by the client and returned to OPAH. Menu selection must be finalised two weeks prior to the function date. Cancellations. In the event of cancellations the deposit will be forfeited. If the event is cancelled within the 14 day period after the final payment, monies will not be refunded. Final Numbers. Final numbers are required 14 days, prior to the function. Charges will be based on these, or final head count, which ever is greater. At which time final payment of function must be made. Payment. All function accounts are to be paid in full 14 days prior to the event – cash, bank cheque or credit card. GST. All prices are inclusive of GST. Damages. The client assumes responsibility for any and all damages caused during the function, by any of their guests and any other person attending the function. Insurance. It is the client’s responsibility to take out their own insurance for all items belonging to them for the period those items are in OPAH.
